tahoe dash in a corvair

tahoe dash in a corvair trying to connect a tahoe dash in my corvair with the engine from the tahoe. Most of the wires I have connected.
1) is there a separate data line from the computer or do I just tap into the ibe going to the OBD11 port?
2) I don't see a spot for the fuel guage sending wire.
I'm sure I will have other questions as I go with the dash.
This is my third LS swap, but I didn';t try to user any of the dashes in the past,
If there is a thread or bolog somewhere please direct me to it.
