what is important is that your abs system uses mechanical force to operate the throttle body. LS3s are gen 4 and use drive by wire TB. You can get a cable driven TB and make your cruise control work with it.
when you set your CC, all the module does is holds the TB open at whatever % you set it at.. it has nothing to do with the ECU.
You need a ECU that controls the engine. Make sure it allows you to run a cable driven TB with a gen 4 LS engine. I think the Holley Terminator X forces you to run DBW for their Gen 4 stuff, not sure.
the ecu will control the radiator fans as well.
as for AC, you have 3, 2 wire “switches”. One is high pressure, one is low pressure and the other is the clutch switch. You can probably wire those up to avoid needing ECU input. Similar to how a universal AC kit for like a classic car works. Those don’t use a ECU. Just switches and stuff.
