LH6 ECM choice
My question is this, is there any reason that I can't use an E38 to control it? ID also like to run a 6l80 behind it but I'm not sure that I'll find a TEHCM to match the 07 E38 OS.

E38's for 58x
If you want the 6L80E, swap the crank for 58x during the rebuild. Then use E38, E67 or whatever you want. 24x/6spd is very challenging
If running 4L60E/80E or non-CC trans, I'd use a holley terminator which doesn't care what crank trigger is used
Save the oddball E40's for Colorado/trailblazer guys who don't have a choice in ECU
