I have LS swap in my Toyota, my NP 241 C is from a 1991 suburban and came with the 2 pin range switch on it(Not the VSS switch).

What does this switch do , just complete a ground circuit or is each wire on it do something different?

I need to send a signal to my computer for 4 lo which i might just put a micro switch on my shifter for that, but i want to get my 4wd indicator light to work on the dash and trying to see if that switch just completes a ground i could run to my indicator 4wd light.

 

Anybody?

 

Im guessing its a ground circuit, you can test for that with a multimeter.
