New to LS3. Lost.
My LS swaps are pretty mild.
You are going to have do something about the 6060 trans output shaft. It a 3? bolt fixed style. Not a slip yoke.
Power steering wise you need adapters for -6 teflon line for the pressure side. Regular PS hose for the return.
Didn't use any type of cut outs. Don't know of any built into the header flange.
I did use the Speed Engineering full length headers on a of couple swaps. They fit well and didn't leak.
If it can be done in the ECM, I recommend avoiding the bowler unit
DD sliders are a poor choice on the C10
67-72 C10s use frame stands and mounts attached to the block. Sliders are solid plates bolted to the block, so there is nowhere for a rubber/poly mount
There are a number of companies that offer C10 specific mounts. I don't like any of them for 67-72's and custom make mounts. I prefer to slide the engine rearward and down for a better fit
Speed engineering makes the best budget swap headers. They often need a dent or two and will relax after a few heat cycles. For the money you can't beat them
Sell the 2014 harness/fusebox. Buy either a stand alone or aftermarket ECM (EX holley terminator)
Use a 2010 camaro PS bracket and pump or change the whole accy drive
Exhaust is more universal and can be decided later down the road
I would recommend reading about gas tank swaps. Specifically, the 1969 camaro tank under the bed. Holley makes a drop in sender which works well on LS swaps
In-cab tanks have a bunch of shortcomings and the in-line pump is both loud and short lived
