L96 Run Issues

L96 Run Issues Just installed a rebuilt bone stock L96 from a 2013 Express 3500 6.0 VVT. It ran intermittent for a while not at all now. I used the donor ecm along with the harness and dbw throttle pedal. The harness and computer were set up by LSX Specialty's to work with my stock trans using stand alone controller. Its all in a 1993 Blazer Silverado. Now to the point. Do I need a TAC module? I can’t find one even on the gm parts sites, auto parts stores. I no longer have access to the donor vehicle.
