I'm looking for an air intake tube that will take the 2010 Silverado/CTS-V
mass air sensor and work with a TBSS intake and TB, for a a-body. I have a Cutlass, factory style radiator with a stock truck radiator hoses. I'm moving the battery to the passenger side.
Anyone have such a combo or know of parts I could hack together?
Not trying be a smart aleck but life would of been so much easier if you would of used a LS swap radiator so the rad hoses could be run be to the right side of the of the radiator. Then you could have run the intake tube and filter out to the the left side. Too late to return the current radiator and get a LS swap style?
Maybe water under the bridge.
Never seen a mass air flow like that one. I use a 2012 6.2 Camaro mass air flow sensor. You can buy a alum sensor mount from Summit and weld it into the alum part of the air tube.
I use intakehoses.com for my intake parts.
2010-up Camaro water pump moves upper hose to the driver's side and has truck spacing. Leave battery on driver and run intake to passenger side. +1 on aluminum tube & card style MAF
I have the Airaid kit on my 2010 Silverado 2500 HD and the air box is on the passenger side. Might want to look into that option but I'm sure you could come up with something similar.
