My question is, are the mounting holes for the transmission crossmember (on the chassis) in the same location for an automatic between 93-97 and 98-02?

I’m looking to use this part:

but I’ve done research and can’t find out definitively whether or not the mounting holes will line up. Some forums say yes, some say no, but no proven answer. Any help is greatly appreciated.
