Starter wire
Why do I have a wire marked starter ignition? Does it need to be hooked up to the start to start the motor. My vette harness already has a wire to signal the starter and it currently turns the motor over.

Are you sure that it's not just the wire that's supposed to be connected to a +12V ignition switched source? Is it coming from the new fuse panel to a fuse? If that's it, it just tells the PCM when the key is turned to ON. I connected that directly to the original fuse panel to the spade labeled IGN.

If it's the big purple wire, I label it as "Starter, If Needed". If you already have your own vehicles starter wires hooked up, you can just cut off the big purple that is part of the factory harness.
If you're talking about some other wire, I don't know. I was thinking I did your harness, but maybe not.
