Default Modifying wiring harness for swap.

So now this is my 4th or so post in this section but I have yet another question.

When I do my swap (03 6.0l/2wd 4l80e) what sensors and plugs will I want to remove when I send my harness in? I dont need to pass any emission tests(Alberta Rocks!) so if we can go from there? I will be getting the harness lengthened so I can put the ECM in the glove box. I will doing a single turbo set-up pretty soon after the motor gets placed in and suspension work is finished so perhaps I need to keep a sensor or 2 for the turbo(EGR?)

Hopefully thats enough info for someone to tell me what to keep and what I can get removed. Speartech will be doing my harness.
