Converting my C4 for smog legality Ive gathered most of the parts and ready to start setting my car up to pass California emissions instead of getting *help* on passing smog

Id like to make it compliant to a 2002 fbody.
What am i missing that ill need to pass referee:
1) Its got the ls6 intake on it, so not egr needed
2) Ive got stock 02 manifolds
3) I'll purchase a stock y-pipe, can i modify the piping to fit my tranny tunnel but keep the factory cats etc??
4) Can i hook up the evap from my stock gas tank to factory fbody evap stuff
5) I have a painless ls1 wiring harness, which eliminates the factory rear o2 sensors... Im guessing ill need to sell it and get a reworked harness from speartech or something with the extra 2002 harness i have.
6) What about transmission?? I have a th350 bolted to it right now...will i have to put a 4l60e in it?
7) The referee is going to hook up to the OBD-II port and scan for codes etc..Can i just turn certain codes off with ls1edit and itll pass that test, or will they check computer functions?
Anything else im missing?? I'll put a stock camshaft in it for smog time...
