I have a question?????
I need the evap system -- I know few guys deleted the system there garage doesn't smell like gas (I really don't understand how this works)
Leaky injectors -- I had the injectors out of the intake they sprayed. went off and didn't leak. I don't have any gas in the oil
Steel braided fuel lines -- I've been told by Aeromotive and few LS1 owners that some braided lines let fuel vapors pass through
I got up this morning to check things out. On the neck of the intake on the drivers side I pulled off the cap where you would hookup the charcoal canister, I attached a rubber hose to it and took a little sniff and gas vapors did come out. So to make sure I wasn't dreaming I took off the air intake tube opened the throttle body and took another sniff and gas vapors came out of there also. This can't be normal If the injectors aren't leaking where is the gas vapors coming from? I've vented the fuel cell hoping that would help but it didn't. What do you guys think?
I'm running a ford fuel cell, A1000 pump, Aeromotive ford fuel rails, A1000 bypass reg.
I think I'm going to change my screen name to FuellyLS1FOXBODY

The gas in the tank gets warm, and you get increased tank pressure which will vent from whatever you designed into the system (vented gas cap?) or anywhere else it can find an exit path.
