ls1/t56 first gen swap.....
I am planning a ls1/t56 swap into my 68 camaro for next winter, as it seems that a ton of swaps are in the works from lack of planning, i would like to plan everything just right.
Heres my plan so far:
-Buy a wrecked 98-02 camaro with ls1 and t56 (also using seats rear brakes etc.)
-fabricating motor mount brackets
-wiring harness
-high pressure feul pump
-feul return line
-reprogram ecm
-fabricating air intake
-rework the oil pan
-ats t56 install kit
I'm sure im missing a ton there, also as you can see i prefer to do things myself.
Also if i were to buy the whole 4th gen camaro, would I be able to take the pedals out of it and swap them in, and the booster and master.
The big things I still need to work out:
-gauges
-exhaust
-fittings for ps
-everything i cant think of
I know a ton of you guys have done theese and I appreciate you humoring me. Also take a look at my webpage on my sig its nothin special but more than most 17 year olds can build.
Thanks
Brian

You can use the front brakes as well. When you get started drop me a line and I will hook you up with pics of anything that you will encounter.
