You can get the motor plate from jbz race cars in tomball texas the plate is around 150.oo talk to bryan and he can get you fixed up with one. the mid plate i got from oriley auto parts. It is just a universal plate for a small block chevy and costs about 32.00 The plates pretty much just sit in the frame rails. My tranny cross member for the powerglide I built myself out of round tubeing.

I got the ls6 motor for 1600.00 (bent rod) and the car for 300.00 out of a field. We painted the car at my freinds body shop and I put the roll cage in myself. Ifound a rear end with a new posi unit and 410 for 125.00 and a set of drag lites for 200.00 The powerglide was donated to me and built it my self since then I have only put about 1200.00 in the car. Im think for about 4000.00 more dollars I can finish the car and have a 8.80 to a 9.20 for around 7500.00 car and all.

I have seen the single plane intake it is worth about 20 horsepower more over the dual plane intake. Craig down at gtp is going to cut down the center of the intake, port the runners and open up the intake ports to match the heads this I think should bring it around.
