Default MIL bulb or LED??

I was wondering if anyone knows if the factory PCM could be used to turn on a 194 bulb instead of the LED they use in the F-bodys for the MIL or would it draw too many amps and fry the PCM? My factory dash already has the check engine light but it has a 194 bulb in it and I would like to use it.

Thanks
Jim

Same here, the ECM is driving a #194 bulb for the Check Engine light in my '82 instrument cluster.
