Default wilwood master cylinder

Well I blew out my second slave cylinder. It fully extends and then doesn't retract. It worked fine for a while (5 or 6 times) but then stayed extended. Detaching the master and opening the bleed on the slave didn't help. I think my 3/4 inch bore wilwood master is pushing too much fluid into the slave.
Those of you who are runing a wilwood or other non-oem master, what size are you using?
Thanks

I Think That The Wilwood Is Just To Big It Forces The Piston In The Slave To Far Out And It Goes Past The Seal. Was The Clutch Disengaging Before You Got To The End Of The Pedal Throw? Maybe If It Is Put A Stop For The Pedal So You Can't Push It To Far.?

Plumbing question,
Do any of you guys know where to get the quick commector type fitting on the slave cyl end of the clutch hydraulic line? Without buying a master assy from GM.

Yep that's my feeling, too much fluid. Yes it was fully disengaging. Felt normal that period of resistance and then easing as the clutch fingers retracted.
I think the clutch stop is the way to go. After I install a new master (just to be sure) and a new Z06 clutch (ditto) along with the slave I'll have someone push the car while it is in gear and slowly push the clutch. When they can sucessfully start to move it I'll install an adjustable stop at that point and fine tune the height over time.
I like using the wilwood (and similar masters) as it moves and bleeds back the fluild quickly over the OEM. I am also using a set of triple master hanging pedals from wilwood.
As far as that peice to take you from the quickdisconnect to a conventional hard line, I have one but I can't remember who sells it, Mcleod?
Anyway I remember the guy had an attitude and made me feel like I should feel honored to be able to purchase one. He said they are the ONLY company who is able to get the quick disconnect fittings from GM and make the adapter lines. It was really expensive too, something like $80-$100.

Yep I think you will have it right after you do the stop we have to do the same thing in our cicle track latemodel car and it even has the slave to go with the master. You should be set with a stop on it.
