Many answers have been found that way so far, but these are lingering... See attachement for the first questions. Second, If I switch from a C5 electronic TB to an F-Body cable TB what's up with the IAC sensor. It seems from what I read that the vette doesn't have one, and I only see one sensor on it which hasta be the TPS. Is the IAC on the manifold? I have a stock C5 manifold with a sensor on the back. I thought that was IAT, but I'm not sure. The F-Body TB I'm buying has no sensors. I'm hoping I can at least use the vette TPS.
The Vette IAT sensor is built in to the MAF sensor.
The AC and TPS are built in to the one plug on the Vette TB. So in order to swap to a cable TB you will need the IAC and TPS from a Camaro or something that had that style TRB, then reprogram the computer to work correctly.

The IAC is not a sensor, it's a motor. It moves a plunger in and out of an air bypass around the throttle body blade in order to meter idle air. Since Vettes are drive by wire and already have a stepper motor mounted to the throttle body, the computer uses it to control idle air instead of a separate IAC motor. I don't know if the TPS will swap over but you will need an F-body IAC motor.
