Yet another LT1-LS1 swap thread.
Yet another LT1-LS1 swap thread. So, i've already used the search feature to try and find all the info i need, and i've picked up that i'll need to use the LS1 K-member, have the wiring harness worked on, and modify the transmission brace. I've really been looking for a link that someone has documented the swap on, but havent come across one.
Here's my question. I have a complete LS1 car thats been through a rollover. The car is not salvageable, and would only be good for parts. I figure its cheaper to find a rolling LT1 body ( V6 or V8 car) than an LS1 car. I'll have every part imaginable that i would need, so that shouldnt be a problem. Does ANYONE know everything that needs to be swapped over, or stuff that would be nice to swap over that commonly isnt? If anyone has a link, or a guide, or just someones name i could contact, i would really appreciate it.

I wish I would of had a LS1 rollover 
To do it right, you will have to swap, Engine, Trans, Kmember, engine wiring harness, gast tank (unless you are doing a 98 LS1) and gas pump, dash/gauges, steering rack.
