Default good news and bad news...

well i was about to start a pretty cool project...it was a 1947 studebaker m16 1 1/2 ton truck that i was going to convert into a trick carhauler for my camaro. but my uncle, which i sold my 1966 el camino to decide he didnt have the time or money to complete the car, he gave it back before he finished paying for it.

so i want to put a ls1 or ls2 into this el camino. right now it is an automatic car....how hard would it be to convert to a manual as far as the pedals are concerned? and how hard of a conversion do you think this would be?

this is going to be my daily driven car so the motor will be mild (nothing like my TReX cammed camaro is right now) and a 6 speed. i know there is a company that adapts corvette IRS to older cars like the shoebox chevys which i think i might want to do...

what do yall think?
