4L80E in 1st Gen Camaro

Has anyone ever retrofitted a 4L80E into a first gen Camaro? How much of the transmission tunnel needs to be cut out? Does anyone make a crossmember to fit this trans?ANy help is appreciated.

I do believe that Yearone has the crossmember. i just ordered the same thing for mine, but with a T56. www.yearone.com. good luck!
