What powers the computer??
If it was me, I would of kept the Alt. wire too!! Car charges better with it. Well, I don't think this wire charges but it does go to the PCM. I would think about a wire to go to the cooling fan relay. this too will go to the PCM it is a gnd. Seems like you are missing more conections too but I am not sure. I think stuff on the back of the manifold areia maby the back of the block.
Yes you need coil, inj, and a lead for the PCM to go to a switched 12V place. Starter wire needs to go to a place like the nutral safty switch. (I reccomend). you need a full time 12V lead for the computer so whith the key off, it will give the pcm power too.

I have aftermarket fans with a thermo switch.
What do you mean the starter wire to the nuetral safety switch? Whats that for?

Not to the PCM but I needed to get power to the starter so I included it in my harness I guess you dont need it if your conversion car had the heavy wire to the starter all ready. Mine didn't. ON an A4 car, they have a nutral safty switch so you cant start the car in gear a stick car has same type switch too. I would make sure you are going through that switch for safty only.
