LS1 in 98 S-10 need a little help with this conversion.. just bought the engine and tranny for it a month ago and haven't had any time to deal with it yet.. i didn't do enough research on it before i bought it, i know it fits cause i've seen them i just haven't gotten all the specifics.. anyone done this before? right now i'm just trying to figure out what all i'm going to have to get to make it fit right.. i've got the mounts.. looks like i'm going to need a different oil pan and i'm gonna need a beefier radiator. any thoughts or suggestions would be great.

No nead to buy a new oil pan the camaro will work. You can make the camaro acc and brackets work but it requires a rack and pinion conversion. good luck with the wiring things get complicated in 98, pre 98 is much easier. if you have more ?'s pm or post and I will help with what I can. Oh you'll need different brake master cylinder for coil pack clearance also need to trim heater box and make a new tranny mount if using a m6
