I can't seem to get the clutch bled. What is the method?

I started the engine. It ran great. Shut it down and couldn't get the starter to engage the flywheel to start it again. Turned the engine over with the crank pulley to reposition the ring gear teeth, still no start. Removed the starter, tested it, put it back in the engine started perfectly. Shut it down and couldn't start it again. Checked all connections. Can't figure it out. Taking starter to dealer tomorrow to have it checked. It is new.
