ls1 in 2000 truck

ls1 in 2000 truck i recently installed a ls1 out of 2000 camaro in my 2000 truck it runs fine with the 4.8 computer,i want to put the computer out of the camaro in the truck,the hookups are the same but it wont work because of the vats,i was told you can reset the vats with a keycode procedure,does anyone know how to do this or is there another way,thanks <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
