Re: LS1 fits in Austin Healey Replicar Thanks guys, Question, the alternator is very close to the rack & pinion stud that mounts to the steering column. How much does an LS1 move on the mounts? 1/2 inch or more?
Oh yes there will be as many mods as I can get into this thing. The heads have LS6 springs and a 3 angle valve job so I thinking Hotcam. Headers will have to be fabricated, but there is no room to spare, hope I can manage 30 inch 1 3/4 tubes. Maybe I can manage a set like you made John. They look like they performed really well.
