LS1 in a 02 s10 blazer will it work?

Which headers are you talking about....F-body ones? If so, the answer is probably no. Do a site search and take a look at the other S-10 swaps to see what they did.
Look up LS1Blazer on the BFBA board. He's from Tennesee and has done a few Blazer/S10 swaps. He may be able to help you out.
Good Luck,
I installed a 1999 Corvette engine, and built all of my own parts for the install. I used a "F" car manifold on the left side (with the heat shield removed), and a full size truck manifold on the right. I think a "F" car manifold would work on the right side, but I did not have one to try. I used the Corvette accessory drive. I had to notch the frame for the A/C compressor, but everything else fit without modification. I used the ETC (electronic throttle) and built a pedal with the Corvette electronics on it. I used a 4L60E at first, but have since replaced it with a 4L80E. I made a wiring harness from the original truck harness, and a vette harness. I have special software in the PCM to make it run and the stock gauges work (Class II communication). I use a TCI trans controller for the trans. With a 4WD, I needed to change the shift table easily when I use low range. I wrote a calibration for both high and low range, and load them with a lap top.
This is not a easy swap to do, but there are a lot more parts available today then when I did mine. Mine has been done for 2 1/2 years, and has over 40,000 miles since the swap.
To the Camaro header issue, they might fit. I am getting ready to install a 427 LS1, and am going to do headers at the same time. I would like to try a Camaro header, but I don't have a set. They are too expensiue to buy just to try them, so I guess I will just build a set using the GM Performance Parts flanges.
