1/4" Return Line for fuel system

1/4" Return Line for fuel system Anyone have any luck or proven experience that says a 1/4" return line will work? My 67 Camaro Tank has a sending unit from a 70 tank that has a 3/8" supply and 1/4" return. Does anyone make a sending unit that would fit the 67 tank with at least a 5/16" return line?

Re: 1/4" Return Line for fuel system There's at least one conversion I know of that is using stock Datsun 240Z lines which I believe are 3/8 feed and 1/4 or possibly 5/16 return.
He goes by Lonestar1 on this board and he may weigh in on this thread. I can't help you on the older Camaro tank issue. I'm using a Camaro tank from a 99 Camaro on my car. I got it for $65 complete with sending unit from a local yard. I was able to find some fittings (expensive) from the generic auto parts store (advanced, autozone, etc.) that match up to the wacky fittings that GM uses.
