Default Serial Data: DkGrn, pin 59 from PCM Blue?

I got my autotap and now I need to connect it. The manual shows the DataConnector with 4 wires: hot orange, 2 grounds and a purple wire from circuit 1132. Then there's this Star connector (??) that has that 1132 purple and then the DkGreen 1049 circuit wire (and some other wires - SDM, BCM, IP and 7 blanks).

So, this is all rather confusing. Can I just put that Dark Green wire from pin 59 of the PCM (blue) to pin 2 of the DLC? And then ground pin 4&5 and supply 12v+ to pin 16.

Excellent. Thanks.

That's gotta be a record for a question/answer - and on a Sunday no less.
