Pin # for air conditioner and fuel return question

I need to know what the pin # is that you send 12 volts to tell the computer that the air conditioner has been turned on. Also I am using the Corvette fuel regulator that also returns excess fuel to the fuel tank. Which of the two lines on the rear of the fuel filter returns the fuel. The smaller ofset one or the larger center one. Thanks very much

A/C Request is 17 red, A/C status is 18 red.

Dunno about the fuel lines, but I would guess larger is feed, narrow is return.

The large 3/8" line is your feed and the 5/16" is the return line.
