Default Need wiring help

Im swaping a 5.3L in to a 81 chevy truck. I have everthing done, but these
few wires.I look at the FAQ's and these wires are not there.

#58 blue, Green wire, labeled Serial data. The pin out says #58 is not used.

#59 blue, Yellow wire, labeled Serial data. Same thing says not used.

#51 Red, yellow black stripe wire, labeled VSS out 128K

#48 Blue, Gray wire, labeled S.V.

I have a yellow wire & purple wire coming from trany labeled trany plug.

I have 1 light green wire coming from the harness labeled S.

I have 2 larger green wires coming from the harness labeled B.U.

Thanks for any help at all.

At risk of stating the obvious...GM doesn't put labels on any of their wires I've seen, so somebody else probably put them there in your case. I'd get ahold of that person and ask.

Thats part of the problem, someone cut down the factory harness and labeled them.
Then, they dropped off the face of the earth. So now, I am left with this.
We were just hoping that someone might have run into some the same ?'s I am running into.

Blue 58 goes to the OBDII port in the car.

Blue 59 goes to the body control module, it is for the VATS fuel enable signal, you can`t use it, you must have the VATS deleted in the computer.

Red 51 should go to the trans fluid temperature sensor in the trans.

Blue 48 should go to the MAP sensor, its a +5V reference signal.

I have a yellow wire & purple wire coming from trany labeled trany plug.

I have 1 light green wire coming from the harness labeled S.

I have 2 larger green wires coming from the harness labeled B.U

You would have to compare where these come from on the harness to the diagrams.
