Default will an ls1 harness work for an auto and t56?

hey guys. i just purchased a stand alone wiring harness off ebay today. its for my 240z that i plan on putting an lm7 (5.3l) engine into. i have 2 quick questions:

1. the harness i got is set up for an automatic transmission. if i want to switch over to a t56 would i have to get a new harness. the only electirical thing i can think of on a t56 is reverse light switch.

2. is the throttle body on the lm7 and the throttle body on the ls1 the same? i plan on using a ls1 intake because of clearence issues on my lm7. i know the injectors have a diffrent plug (lucky the auction included the lm7 and ls1 plugs so i can choose).

thanks for any input

I think the only difference between manual and auto harness is, the reverse switch and the speed sensor for both.
