bcm required?

bcm required? I am putting a 04 6.0 in a 72 burb and am hearing that i have to use the donor vehicles bcm to get the drive by wire to work with my pcm/ harness
is there any way around that, and if not do i need the exact bcm out of the exact donor vehicle

Those ebay vats modules don't have anything to do with the electronic throttle operation, and besides that they don't even work for the vats on a truck PCM.
We carry all of the ETC parts if you can't find some of them.
