I can split/merge, or even make individual posts their own thread. So lets just work with this one for now and see how it turns out. I'll work on part numbers on what I can find in the next few days and post as I have the info. If there are any old posts that have good info, we can link them, or copy/paste that info in quotes.

? about swap in my '69...need cheap parts! I'm putting a '02 5.3L w/ 4l60e tranny in my 69 camaro...
already have the engine, tranny, engine mounts, and harness...
i need a notched f-body oil pan(specific for 67-69 f-body swap), and f-body or vette front pully assembly (complete) as the truck assembly wont work...and a crossmember that will hold the massive trans.
I know S&P carries all this stuff but DAMN my pockets just can't handle that...
my question is where is the BEST/Cheapest place to aquire these goodies?

I did it myself for free. I cut the thing myself, and the piece to go in it, and had a guy who could weld, weld it up. I torched the pickup tube and straightened out a bend and it fits great. Heres' what i came up with...
I cut 2 1/4" deep, 2" back.
I don't know what tool you'd use, i had access to a mill, and came out with the cleanest cut ive ever seen
For the accessory drive, I've found that the classifieds section is by far the cheapest, ebay is good too (just less cheap nowadays.)
