Default LSx in a 58 Panel/2nd Gen Camaro

Hey All, Couple questions for you experts.

First, I have access to a 2005 SS Pickup Big Block that has no computer, manifold or wire harness for 2000.00. Is it worth it and if so....

Second ?, would it bolt up to my 2nd gen camaro front clip the same way an LS1 would and any quick ideas on what id do for the computer and harness issue.

Any help is appreciated.

First, the 2005 SS pickup came with a 6.0L smallblock...not a big block....and second, $2000 is a good price if mileage is low.

If you already have an LS1 on your front clip the 6.0L will fall right in. You need to check the VIN of that donor to see what engine you are getting....BADMOFO is right, the SS didn't come with a big block (the 6.0L will eat a big block alive anyway).
