Default Manually lock torque converter?

I've got a jeep w/ 6.0 and 4l80e, is it possible to wire in a momentary type button to lock up the converter in 1st gear for better engine braking on steep hills. I'm thinking it could be mounted on the steering wheel or floor shifter.

I'm sure you can.. if it's like a 4L60E (which I assume it is) you need to ground out the tq converter control wire from the pcm.
