LS1 into Fox header question

I just wanted to verify that the 351W headers will work for this conversion by cutting off the stock flanges and welding on LS1 flangers. I am using the AJE k-member.

I am planning on using the Hooker Super Comp headers.

who keep telling people that all you do is cut the old flange off and weld the new flange on.
