on a LS1 (i know, diffrent manifold....) where the MAP sensor is, theres a small nipple that supplies vacuum to the HVAC system.. im pretty sure your hookup will also be by the MAP sensor near the back of the intake... although im not positive thats where it is, thats where id look....

I think the truck manifold might have the same kind of thing, I didn`t use it because I had to T into the power brake booster line anyway. But this looks like it would work.

Thanks for the help. As it turns out, there was a plastic nipple on the passenger side of the manifold. All I had to do was cut off the molded plastic plug and hook up my hose.
