Default battery junction block

This seems like a pretty straight forward concept, but I just want to make sure that I'm wiring this up right. I have a 2002 Denali motor that's going into an 85 K5 blazer. On the right front of the motor is the battery junction block where you can attatch BATT power leads. So this is where I attatch the red BATT leads comming from the Blazers engine compartment/interior harness to supply the interior with power? It makes sense to me but I think I went a different route when I did another swap that didn't have a junction block.

You can attach the main interior power wires to the battery junction block or to the main battery terminal on the starter. Most 80`s GM cars took interior power from the main battery terminal on the starter, so that is where I hooked my interior power wires to on my conversion. But either way will work.
