Researching Old "SpearTech" Posts?

Researching Old "SpearTech" Posts? Maybe I'm having a brainfart or something...But I would like to find advice that SpearTech John had given a long time ago & can't seem to search it out in the normal "search" method. The only other way I know of, is to have a post heading from Speartech, and then bring up "all Speartechs posts"...I don't think he has posted in a very long time here in the Conversions section, or I would do it that way. What's the trick to access all of the older posts? Thanks, Gar

Search is hosed... has been for quite a while now. It will randomly only search 2-3 days back.
edit: Well, it just worked for me.
Go to advanced search, and search for posts by author, and enter speartech

When the page comes up just leave a space and then type in your key words, it will only show results from LS1tech. Not nearly as handy as the search button here when it is working properly, but it is way better than trying to get results from the search button now.
