On most combos, the LS6 makes more power.
I don't remember all the specifics, but the injector O-rings are different, the rails are different, the MAP sensor moved to the front, and obviously the TB.

ls2 intake swap is that all you need in the swap or is there more items you need to replace.I know that holley makes a 4 bolt 90mm throttle body with a cable. will i feel a difference with a 6.0 ported heads and a cam or just buy an ls6 intake
