Default Using LS1's HVAC...BCM?

Well, I'm planning on using the LS1 A/C system out of my donor '01 T/A in my '73. I was just curious if anyone else has done this and if the LS1 BCM controls anything related to the A/C system. SO far I think the BCM only controls stuff like the gauges, the courtesy lights, and I guess the fuel pump relay. Is this correct?

yes. the BCM doesnt control any of the HVAC system.

the vents and such are vacuum operated.. the AC system is requested on by the switch, to the PCM.. the PCM switches the AC compressor on. (and off at WOT.. lol)

also, the PCM controls the fuel pump relay, not the BCM.
