Question 1965 Impala SS

What do you guys think it would take to stick a LS1 and a 4L80E into a 65 Impala??

It wouldn't take much, since alot of them came with big blocks. The hardest part would be putting the instruments in place of the stock ones.

well I found one for sale at 500 that is listed as a parts car he says it is rusty, and it has no driveline, it has console and buckets though. It appears it was an auto at one point in time. I think this would take care of the gauge issue though
