I have a t56 with my swap and I need a 98 Engine harness since I have a 99. I sourced a 98 harness for 125 shipped but its from an A4 Fbody.What is needed to convert the auto harness over to the manual harness? Can I just remove all the wires and connectors or is there a difference in the plugs/sensors? And one last one, are sensors on the t56 all on the 4l60e? If that was the case I could just cut the wires out... Thanks guys for all your help!

Check in the manual transmission section here. There is a sticky about doing the swap from A4 to M6...tells you everything you need to know, wiring included. Pretty easy swap actually.
