what to keep from fc chassis i've been looking into an ls1+t56 swap for an fc turbo ii... i have someone who is buying the complete pullout. i have searched here as well as other forums, but cannot find an answer to what i need to keep from the old powerplant.
i plan on letting him take everything including sensors, harnesses, etc. i jus want to make sure he doesnt run off w/ something i need (talking about the lil stuff that doesnt cost much but is a pain in the *** to find and slows down ur project when it shouldnt). thanks for any help.

I dont know if there is too much you can salvage just becuase you will be pretty much startin over.. Maybe power steering, A/C.. make some brackets to make that work.. or just use the factory LS1 stuff and call it a day

i plan on using all the gm accessories. i figured there wasnt anything i needed, but i wanted to make sure before it was too late. i didnt want to find out that i got rid of something that i needed. thanks.

All you really need from the rotarty is the oil pressure and coolant temp senders. You can buy them at auto parts dealers though. The temp sender is ~ $7.00.
