Default Wiring Harness Question

Ive just installed completed the swap of a ls1-t-56 in a fox stang. Ive got the one orange wire and the pink wires ready to be connected for power. What did you you fox guys splice into to get the power for. And what guage wire would be good to supply the power. (Refering to the pink wires)

Should I just splice into the wire going directly out of the ignition switch?

Just one more question. What size fuse should I use for the Orange wire. There is nothing in the Faq about what fuse to use.

Also would it be a better idea to use a relay for the pinks wires and using that to give power when the ign is on.

The 98 computer uses a 10A fuse on the constant battery power. As far as where to tie in for power on a mustang I can`t tell you exactly but on my car I used relays to power everything up so that I wouldn`t have all that drain on the ignition and the factory wiring. I then used the HEI power wire to energize all of those relays, that way there are minimal modifications to the donor cars wiring and I don`t have to worry about overloading the factory wiring.

I would have to count but I think it was 5. 3 for the PCM and sensors for the engine and trans. And 2 more relays for the fans.
