Reversing the Intake Manifold I'm contemplating my options for a new induction system on my LS1 conversion
It would help my packaging a lot if the throttle body was on the back of the engine rather than the front.
Can the intake on an LS1 be turned around to face the other direction?
Did a search and didn't find anything.

it bolts on backwards just fine.
you will need to extend the sensor wires for the MAP sensor, move the vac lines, ect... obvious stuff.. but yea, it does fit on there backwards.
alot of rear/mid engine kit car guys do that..

Yes it can. I know of a few for sure who have used LSx engines in Ultimas and flipped the intake around.
