Default LS6 power steering delete

I am installing a LS6 into my Toyota pickup. I am using the stock alternator/accessories bracket but do not need the power steering. Can the belt just be routed from the alternator back down to the crank pulley and bypass where the power steering pulley would normally be, or is there a power steering delete pulley or idler that is available? If the power steering can simply be bypassed, any idea on what length belt to try? Thanks

run a peice of string around your pulleys how your belt will run measure it subtract about 2.5 inches for your tensioner and you will have your belt length and yes you can just bypass the ps pump.

Because belt sizes are sometimes limited, I picked up a fabric tape from JoAnn fabrics. Measure with tensionr slack and tightened all the way. That when you go to the autoparts you'll know what range of sizes you can use.

Run the shortest belt that will fit. You want as much tension on the tensioner spring as possible. I have an LS6 without a PS pump and it works fine.

Actually I was asking the "under pressure" guy. I should've been more clear. Basically I'd buy one from anyone who has one to sell.
