LS6-LS2 questions

LS6-LS2 questions I was thinking of maybe doing an LS6 or LS2 swap in my hawk. The pipe dream idea has to do with the question of open road racing and high engine rpms/top speed. Which engine would be the preferable choice for a build up?
I know that the LS6 has good high rev capabilities, better block than my LS1, and a ballenced rotating assembly. The LS6 has 6 liters, LS6 heads and is a few thousand cheaper, but has throttle by wire...
Also in this pipe dream I would like the engine to be able to get up to that speed in 30 seconds or less.
Anyone have any ideas as to how feasable this is? I would really appreciate peoples thoughts and input on this idea.
