who has done one of theses before?? anyone near columbus ohio want to take a stab at it? totalled my ss a year ago just bought a 97 rs auto and i want to swap everything.... engine, trans, rear end, pcu, hood, rear hatch etc. from the ss to the rs v 6 auto......

 

It's been done, but you'll have better luck in the conversions/hybrids section.

 

save yourself the hassel and just buy a LS1 car or take the money and build up the lt1

 

RS's are V6 cars, however I do agree that it would be MUCH easier and less expensive to part out the SS, sell the RS and just buy a LS1 car. The underhood portion of the swap may not be that bad, but the in car wiring may be a nightmare.
