The single pin black connector is the wire for your starter solenoid. You don't need it if you already have wiring for your starter.
The 3 wire plug is for the A/C pressure sensor. If you plan on going around the computer to run the A/C, or delete the A/C altogether, than you don't need that connector for anything.
